Lush MedSpa has been downtown Tuscaloosa’s home for aesthetics and medical wellness since 2020. Our clients come to us because we look at the whole picture: your skin, your hormones, your energy, and how you feel walking back out the door. That is why we built one place where a head spa appointment, a laser resurfacing session, injectable treatments, and your hormone and weight loss labs can all happen under the same roof, with a team that already knows your history.
Our wellness side offers a wide range of services such as medically supervised weight loss and hormone therapy to IV therapy, intimate treatment for men and women, the Restora EMS chair for pelvic floor strengthening and bladder leakage, and hair restoration. It is all under one company and all handled by the same people, so nobody is asking you to repeat your history twice. Our founders and leadership team at Lush MedSpa and Lush Wellness is dedicated to providing excellent and safe care to each and every person that walks in the door. We love our community and are a big part of everything Tuscaloosa has to offer. Most Med-Spas do aesthetics or wellness. We do both, with the same team. Your injectables, your hormone labs, and your weight loss plan are handled by people who can see how they connect.
A conversation first. You will sit down with a provider, talk through what has been on your mind, and get honest answers about what will help and what will not. Plenty of clients leave the first visit with a plan and no treatment, and that is perfectly fine.
Yes. Men are a meaningful part of our injectable, hormone, weight loss, hair restoration, and rejuvenation practice. We also have a men’s clinic here at Lush, and our sister practice PRIMETIME Men’s Clinic serves men who prefer a men’s only setting.

Aesthetic services are not covered by insurance. On the wellness side, some services and labs may be insurance based, though those are specific and depend on your situation. Ask our providers and we will tell you honestly where you stand.

Yes to both. Memberships lower the cost of maintenance treatments over the year, and we run specials plus Injectable Days and Tox and Filler Pop-Ups throughout the year.

Not here. The goal is results that look like you on a good day. If you want subtle, say so and we start conservatively. You can always add more later.
Two weeks is the safe window. That allows tox to fully set in and any bruising or swelling from filler to resolve.
Yes. We participate in Alle, ASPIRE, and Xperience, so you earn points on treatments you are already booking. Ask at your visit which program applies.
More than a dozen devices, including the Alma Harmony, Clarity II, Tetra CO2 with CoolPeel, and Pico. Having that many means we choose the right device for your skin and your concern rather than fitting you to whatever we own.
With the right device and the right settings, yes, and we choose accordingly. That is exactly why we carry more than one laser. Never let anyone treat your skin with a device that is not appropriate for it.
They work at different depths. CoolPeel resurfaces the surface of your skin while Virtue RF delivers radiofrequency energy below it, so together they address texture and tone at the same time. It has become our most requested combination for glowing skin at any age.
Something with no downtime. HydraFacial, DiamondGlow, and PRX DermPerfexion are our usual picks for looking fresh on short notice. A VI Peel is a different animal, since the skin actually peels, so give that one at least two weeks before the event.
BHRT uses hormones that are structurally identical to the ones your body makes, prescribed to bring levels back into a healthy range. We offer it for both men and women through pellets, oral, and topical creams, and every plan starts with lab work rather than a guess.
